1. For the circuit shown in Fig. 1 determine the current through the 5 Ω resistor across the terminals A and B
by using Thevenin’s Theorem, Norton’s Theorem and Superposition Theorem. [1.896 A]
2. Find the value of V in Fig. 2 such that the voltage source delivers zero power to the circuit by using
superposition theorem. [6 V]
3. Find the value of RL for maximum power transfer in the circuit shown in the circuit of Fig. 3. [16 Ω]
4. Verify the Reciprocity Theorem for the network shown in Fig. 4. [1.43A]
5. Find the current through 16 Ω resistor using Milliman’s Theorem. [0.39A]
6. Find the current through 4 Ω resistor using Thevenin’s and Norton’s Theorem [2A]
