Admiral Cesar Marceau - Admiral in Montaigne fleet. Was saved by Paolo and Wilhelm from an assassination
attempt by Henry Claybourne while at Hielgrund Castle. Has since offered to become a sponsor to the
Rose & Cross at Paolo's request.
Captain Jorge Mercado - In the Castillian army. Was assigned to defend San Augustin. He lost the city but has
reclaimed it. Is courting Floriana.

Jonathon Dark - Ran Dark's Pandemonium Carnival. Rumored to have Sidhe blood (or even to be a Sidhe).

Bella Dona - Fate witch that worked at Dark's Pandemonium Carnival at one time in the past. She had a daughter
known as Simone. Her story is tied to Paolo's in an unknown way. She achieved mastery of Sorte at age
15. Floriana, Rupert, Baudric Mallory, and Joseph Thornton all had her tell their future. She is
somehow associated with Sebastian du Lac.

Geduld. He managed to plot to try and slay the dragon Gloaming, but this plot was foiled by the party.
He died in that encounter (eaten by the dragon).

apparently has some relationship with Bella Dona.

sorcerer.

impounded by Sea Dogs, but the captain and a fate witch escaped.
The Drake - This ship is captained by Conrad Hicks. Crew include Jans Hrilen Magnus Hvosgen Kvireksen,
Marion Hudson, "Six", Georgina Julena, Luis Valez, and Bosun Carter. Willem Karls was the ship's
pilot but has left the crew.
Hurricane - Sea Dogs ship temporarily used by Berek to take the party to Isle de Bete.

Morganstern - Captained by Albrecht Waldis. Seen in Carleon. Supposedly comes twice a year for supplies.
Lena Reisen was the captain in the past. The figurehead is similar to Ritter Josef Reisen of
Gregorstadt's shield.
River Mist - Ship on river from Montaigne to Practig, Eisen. Has three captains: Lars Ostrom, Ringer Gutwold,
and Deacon Hampford. They are clever and change the name, look, and apparent crew of the ship as
needed.
