Dear Sir,

We Town City Builders & Developers are interested to purchase above referred property on the
following terms & Conditions:

Total Purchase Amount: Rs. 400,000,000/- (Four Hundred Millions Only)

Payment Time: One & Half Year
Token Amount: Rs. 10,000,000/- (Ten Million Only) if offer accepted.
Advance Payment: Rs. 30,000,000/- (Thirty Million Only) will be paid in 60 days.
In the meantime you will provide Possession, General Power of Attorney
(Working) & Revised Sale NOC from SBCA.
Balance Amount: Rs. 360,000,000/- (Three Hundred & Thirty Six Million Only) will be paid
in 06 Quarterly Installments.

(We will try to pay this amount before the prescribed time period)
