One Time Settlement Proposal of

Sahil Poly Plast and Kushal Pipes &
Release of properties mortgaged by
Rajiv Hasija and Nisha Hasija.

Sir,

It is in continuation to our OTS discussion for the above-mentioned accounts. We would like
to put on records that bank has already put our property in auction on 29th January for all the
four properties,

Despite the odds and our integrity and bonafide we are resubmitting our ots proposal for an
amount of Rs. 31.25 crore for the release of properties mortgaged by Mr. Rajiv Hasija and
Mrs. Nisha Hasija in the account of M/s jewel Overseas Pvt Ltd, Sahil Polypast (P) Ltd and
Kushal Pipes.

It is worth mentioning here that our earlier revised OTS proposal was for Rs 28.50 cr was the
best offer but to break the ice and conclude we have increased the offer to Rs. 31.25cr as our
final ots offer. We also want to state that if we receive the sanction on or before 31st March
we will deposit an amount of Rs. 11.25 crores and remaining within 6 months,

The amount will be deposited in a phase manner as mentioned below:

Kundli and the same shall be released
Remaining of the OTS Rs.1800.00 Within 180 days from the date of
amount approval of OTS. After the receipt of

The amount will be deposited by the prospective buyers of the properties as per the
Agreement to Sale (ATS) executed after the approval of the OTS. Post receipt of the amount
bank will release the properties as mentioned above and will give an NOC for the same.
Further to add on receipt of the entire OTS amount bank will release all the personal
guarantee, securities held in the account of Sahil Poly Plast and Kushal Pipes.

The above proposal is the best suitable proposal considering our present financial situation
as there is no other source to repay the bank. we look forward for your kind help and support.
