Kumar Sarkar, Sri Goutam Sarkar and Sri Dipak Kumar Sarkar and Execution of fresh rental agreement
with myself (Mr. Rantu Samanta), the present landlord for both Exchange and Tower w.e.f 30.06.2021

This is to inform you that I, Rantu Samanta s/o Late Jatin Samanta have purchased the property at
‘Krishna Kunj’ 61, Pujali Trunk Road, Budge Budge ( Ward No - 1, Holding No – 614, Pujali Trunk Road),
24 Pargana (S) on 30.06.2021.

I have received the rent for both Exchange and Tower for the period from 01.07.2021 to 31.10.2022
(sixteen months) so far from the previous landlords Sri Alok Kumar Sarkar, Sri Goutam Sarkar and Sri
Dipak Kumar Sarkar.

Hence, from November 2022, the rent of Chorial exchange and BTS may be deposited in my account.

Filled up Vendor Master Form along with self attested copies of PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card
and Cancelled cheque are attached herewith.
