Sub: Termination of lease agreement dated 30 th jun 2022 (“Agreement”) between the Lessor and
Bundl Technologies Private Limited (/”Lessee”/“We”/ “Us”) and Handover of the keys for the
premises located at Unit Number 1st Floor,2nd Floor 15th Mainroad , Annanagar , Chennai-600040
Dear Sir,

We would like to bring into your kind consideration that we had taken the said Premises on lease as
per the Agreement executed between You And Us.

That as per the mutual understanding between You and Us and as per the terms and conditions of the
Agreement the Agreement got terminated on 29th Sep 2022. Pursuant to the termination of the
Agreement, You hereby certify that Premises was handed over to You on 10th Oct 2022by Us and the
keys for the said Premises was received by

You hereby confirm that You have received the keys of the Premises on 10th Oct 2022 following which
You understand that Agreement stands terminated and We have no liability in regard to the Premises.
You hereby discharge Us from all the liabilities or claims which might arise in future with respect to
the said Premises.

We hereby call you to refund the security deposit within 10 days of the receipt of this Letter,
following which you will be liable to pay an interest of 12 % on the unpaid security deposit.

This letter shall be deemed delivered within 5 days of the letter being dispatched through registered
post.

The content of this letter is without prejudice.
