BUSINESS AGREEMENT BETWEEN TWO PARTIES

Parties

This BUSINESS AGREEMENT is entered into as of April 30, 2023, by and

between Peematt Excavators and Car Rentals ( Contractor ), with place of

business at 12 Stewart Ave, Kumasi and Newmont Ghana Limited ( Client ),

with place of business at 307 kilometers northwest of Accra, Ghana.

In consideration of the mutual benefits and obligations in this Agreement, of

which the recipient and sufficiency are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree

to these terms as follows:

Services Provided

Contractor agrees to provide services to Client and all things necessary or

incidental to the performance of such services, are set forth below:

 Provision of excavators for on-site activities

 Provision of drilling machines for site activities

 Provision for heavy duty trucks for transportation

Terms and Conditions

TERMS

This agreement will be effective starting June 26, 2023, and will continue in full

force until its termination date June 26, 2026. The Agreement may be

terminated earlier if the services are completed before the termination date.

PAYMENT
The client shall pay the Contractor for all services rendered by the Contractor at

the rate of $15000 per hour for services as provided in the table below.

Excavator $6000 per hour

Drilling Machines $4000 per hour
Heavy Duty Trucks $5000 per hour

The client will pay the Contractor within seven business days of the receipt of

the invoice

INSURANCE

The contractor has a comprehensive insurance
