4007/2-19 wrote this Registered Agreement of Sale cum General Power of
Attorney in favour of Penumarthi Gopi Baswanth son of Penumarti Soma Surya
Chandra Rao (holder of Aadhaar No.4418 1873 5166) resident of D.No.21-140,
Velpuru Village, Tanuku Mandal, West Godavari District wrote and given this
Sale Agreement for the Vacant Site Property.

In the following Scheduled Property some property is belongs to 1 st party of


us is Reddi Annapurna i.e. this property was got by Reddi Annapurna purchased
previously i.e. on 04-08-2008 from Reddi Veera Venkata Satyanarayana son of
Reddi Radhakrishna, resident of Velpuru village and it was registered in Sri
Tanuku Sub-Registrar’s Office, under Scanning Document No.522-1-3124/2008
Registered Document later, on 16-08-2017 wrote the adjustment document and it
was scanned and registered under Registered No.522-1-4673/2017, like this Reddi
Annapurna got this property.

And of the Reddi Anil Kumar’s property i.e. on 16-04-2019 Reddi Anil
Kumar’s father and his sister unitedly wrote one Parikath ( partition deed) and it
was registered in Sri Tanuku Sub-Registrar’s office under Scanned Registered
Document bearing No.522-1-2561/2019, in this Parikath (Partition deed) Reddi
Anil Kumar got the “ B “ Schedule property as per his share.

Totally as per the above documents got the land and some other land total
land was divided as Plots and got the Confirmed In Technical Lay out Patron
approval dated 24-09-2018 under C.No.2967/2018/R2, R.E.F., L.R.R.O.C.
No.879/2018/R2, through Rajamahendravaram, got this approval by Director of
Town, Country Planning, Guntur’s Confirmed in Technical Lay out Patran (T.L.P.)
No.40/2018/R in the name and style of “ BALAJI NAGAR PHASE-10” approved
Lay Out Plan Plots in which Plot No.22 Extent 231.62 Sq.Yards site, we have sold
to you for Rs.6,94,860/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Ninety Four thousand Eight hundred
Sixty only).

For this sale proceeds at the time of writing this Sale Agreement you have
given an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) as Advance, hence, as
advance we have received this amount. The Remaining sale proceeds i.e.
Rs.4,94,860/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Ninety Four thousand eight hundred Sixty only)
to be paid within one month and fifteen days from this date onwards, you must

pay by cash, after receipt of the said amount, immediately we will register the said
property on your name or as per intimated name with your expenses purchasing of
necessary Stamps, and Register the property on your name with your expenses.
The said sale property will be measured before the Registration and settle the
boundaries and will hand over the property to you. The said measurements less
than the Registered document the difference amount will be adjusted as per the sale
price. The said property will be handed over to you at the time of registration.

This property was not sold to any body previously, not wrote any sale
agreements, not given to any body, not pledged to any body, the measurements
and boundaries, extent are correct, by telling like this and believed you and as per
the conditions this sold property will be see by us to enjoy the said property by you
with all rights, sale, dana, etc., rights by you. At the time of Registration we will
give the link old documents records, Link Registered document etc., as vouchers,
This property is free from all disturbances, alleges, and this property was not
assigned under No.9/77, by telling like this and believed you and as per the
conditions this sold property and this Sale Agreement giving to you whole
heartedly.

Tanuku Mandal, within the Bhimavaram District Registrar’s office, West Godavari
District, Zeroyithi, Near Door No.24-614, in R.S.No.80/9A, Extent 75 Cents,
R.S.No.80/11 extent Ac.0-43 cents, Total Ac.1-18 cents and including some other
land i.e. through the R.D.D.T.P., Rajamahendravaram’s Director of Town
Country Planning, Gunturu’s Confirmed in Technical Lay Out Patran (T.L.P)
No.40/2018/R approved Dated 24-09-2018 C.No.2967/2018/R2, R.E.F., L.R.
R.O.C.No.879/2018/R2, in the name and style of “ BALAJI NAGAR PHASE-10”
Lay Out Plan, in one of us Plot No.22 in extent of 502.95 Eastern side 231.62
Sq.Yards. within the following boundaries.
