ORDER: The Director of Medical Education, in his letter third read above, has stated among others that the Dean, Government Thanjavur Medical College, Thanjavur has stated that as per G.O (Ms) No. 517, Health and Family Welfare (J2) Department, dated 02.11.2018, among the 95 posts of basic servants created on outsourcing basis, 94 posts were filled up by King's Manpower Institute. The said Institute had requested to sanction the salary for a sum of Rs.10,90,400/- for the month of April for the above said posts. From the month of May 2019, along with the 94 posts, the remaining one post was also filled up on outsourcing basis. He has also stated that for the 95 posts of basic servants an additional amount of Rs.1,36,27,303/- has to be sanctioned under the Head of account 2210-01-110-DG-0110. But, so far no funds has been allotted in this regard. 2. The Director of Medical Education has, therefore, requested the Government to sanction a sum of Rs.1,36,27,303/- as a special case to the Government Thanjavur Medical College Hospital, Thanjavur in order to settle the salaries of the outsourcing employees working in the Super Speciality Departments of Government Thanjavur Medical College Hospital, Thanjavur. 3. The Government have carefully examined the proposal of Director of Medical Education in detail and decided to accept the same. Accordingly, the Government do and hereby direct that a sum of Rs.1,36,27,303/- (Rupees One crore thirty six lakh twenty seven thousand three hundred and three only) be sanctioned to settle the salary of the 95 outsourcing employees working in the Super Speciality Department of the Government Thanjavur Medical College Hospital. 34, The Amount sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account: "2210 - Medical and Public Health — 01 — Urban Health Services — Allopathy — 110 — Hospitals and Dispensaries — State's Expenditure ~ DG ~ Government Thanjavur Medical College Hospital, Thanjavur - 333 — Payments for Professional and Special Services — 04 — Contract Payment” (DPC 2210-01-110-DG-33304) Old - (DPC:2210-01-1 10-DR-3340) 5. Necessary fund of Rs.136.28 lakh will be provided in the Revised Estimate / Final Modified Appropriation 2019-2020, pending provision of such funds, the Director of Medical Education is authorized to draw and disburse the amount mentioned in para 3 above. However, this expenditure shall be brought to the notice of the legistature by Specific inclusion in the Supplementary Estimates 2019-2020 The Director of Medical Education is also requested to include this expenditure while sending the budget proposal for Revised Estimate / Final Modified Appropriation 2019-2020 and draft explanatory notes for Supplementary Estimate 2019-2020 to Government in Finance (Health-II / BG-I) Department without fail. 6.
