Background:

1. Problem: elderly with stroke


2. The Scale of the problem statistiick : The incidence of stroke on the elderly population aged 75-84 years
about 10 times that of the population 55 to 64 years. beginning in 2010 were 107 elderly, in 2011 as many
as 115 elderly and in 2012 as many as 115 elderly. While the number of elderly who suffered a stroke in
2010 as many as 15 elderly, in 2011 as many as 13lansia and in 2012 as many as 13 elderly. And a survey
conducted by researchers at the Social Rehabilitation Center "Wira Adi Karya" Ungaran obtained data on
the number of elderly in 2010 were 100 elderly, in 2011 as many as 99 elderly and in 2012 as many as 100
elderly. The number of elderly with stroke in 2010 about 15 elderly people, the year 2011 as many as 17
elderly and in 2012 as many as 17 elderly.
3. Kronologi : The relationship between changes in physical function to the needs of Daily Life Activities

elderly by doing The relationship between changes in physical function to the needs of Daily Life Activities
(AHS) in elderly with stroke.
