1. All classes shall continue to be delivered online using the google classroom or
other online platforms as stated in the previous advisory. Resumption of online
learning engagement will start on April 17, 2020.
2. Based on pace of engagement due to the cited students’ internet connectivity
status, pre-determined pace may be required for those students with internet
connectivity. This means that deadlines should be set for compliance with the
online learning requirements/accomplishment of tasks to be given
2.1 Since Second Semester affected by ECQ will end on May 10, then
the schedule of submission of last course requirements is set at least on
May 8.
2.2 A certain degree in online interaction may be done thru google
classroom texts, if video is not possible.
3. Self-Determined pace is considered for those students that do not have internet
connectivity, and with limited connectivity. This means negotiated compliance,
i.e., completion of tasks shall be via-self-paced.
LCCT College Department will be adopting the following grading system for this
semester’s Final Grade (FG):
Final Grade = Preliminary Grade + (Midterm Class Standing Grade + Midterm Outcome
Based Requirement Grade) + Final Online Indicators Grade

Note:
There will be no Dean’s List for the second semester, SY 2019-2020.
Grades for this semester shall not be counted in the GWA neither for the
purpose for honors.
Students who already incurred number of absences subject to dropping of
course/s even before ECQ will be required to retake the course/s.
Professors may issue a mark of Pending to those students under categories 1
and 2 wherein Category 1 are those students who do not have internet access,
mobile devices, and other related resources at home, while Category 2 are
those with irregular internet access but have at least a mobile device with
messaging capability at home. A period of one (1) year will be allowed for
students to comply, otherwise, a grade of 5.0 will be given thus, requiring the
students to retake the course/s.
Completion of OJT
1. To complete the remaining hours, trainees will submit a case study through google
classroom. Each case study is equivalent to 150 hours.
2. Submission of the soft copy of the practicum report is on or before April 27, 2020.
3. Oral presentation will be conducted online on April 28-29, 2020. Schedule of oral
presentation will be communicated to trainees by the practicum coordinator.
