QUESTIONNAIRE FOR RECONDITIONING OF HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS AS PER

ANNEXURE I

1. Confirm that you have visited the site and seen the condition of the cylinders
proposed to be reconditioned by Visakhapatnam Steel Plant? Yes/No

2. The job is to be carried out by your own without any subletting. Confirm that you
will be doing the job on your own. Yes/No

3. Agency should have Honing machine, Cylindrical grinding machine and lathe
machine for reconditioning/ manufacturing cylinder of size 400 mm bore and
piston rod dia 250mm. Furnish the details of machinery.

Note:
01. clauses 2 and 3 are fatal clauses. If answer for question No.2 is "NO" and
agency is not submitting details as per Clause 3 , then tender of such agency
shall be disqualified.
