Dear Mr. Gaffar,

We are pleased to advise you of our intent to provide you with a contract of employment for the position of Senior Workflow Consultant (on
behalf of Saudi Electricity Company) with MenaScope KSA in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Commercial Registration No: 2051040843). The terms
of the offer (which are subject to a satisfactory Service Order being issued to MenaScope by SEC) are as follows:

Role Senior Workflow Consultant

27,500.00 SARs / Month salary
27.500.00 X 12/365=904.10 SAR. Daily
Total Salary The total amount of the monthly salary payable in full for full attendance regardless of number of days of the
month.
Weekends, holidays are included in salary as earned. Deductions for not earned weekends and holidays are
calculated at the same value and rate of abstractions made by client.
Note : Any costs incurred by MenaScope on your behalf i.e. GOSI, Expatriate Tax, Dependents Tax, Work Visa,
Iqama, Medical Insurance, Document Attestation or any other taxes and fees imposed by the Saudi Government,
will be deducted from your salary in the month they occur based on actual cost. Any additional charges induced
due to other services requested by you from Menascope are subject to your preapproval and payment in full.
Housing Allowance Included in Total Salary

Transport Allowance Included in Total Salary

Overtime Overtime will be paid in full only after payments have been received from client.
Menascope will not profit from any overtime payment earned by employee.
The total amount of the monthly salary payable only for full attendance as per the client approved worksheet.
Deductions will be made for days not worked.
If any working days are missed the salary calculation will be as follow:
(The calculated daily rate) X (Number of days worked) + any earned weekends + earned overtime
Leave/Sickness Entitlement Any days not worked will be deducted from the monthly salary at the same rate and value imposed by client. Any
days marked on the Time sheets as not allegeable for payment will be deducted at the same rate and value
imposed by client.
Any Leave/ Sickness entitlement accepted and paid by client will be calculated and paid by MenaScope at the
same rate of monthly salary.
Service Indemnity N/A. The salary is inclusive of End of Service benefit.
Benefits None. The Amount listed in the total Salary is inclusive of any type of compensation.
Notes 1) MenaScope will arrange for Business Visa/Iqama / Iqama Renewal / Labour Card Renewal / Multiple Exit Re-
Entry Visa / Medical Insurance for both yourself and your family as required. The cost (only actual Fees) of this
will be covered by yourself.
2) MenaScope confirms that at the end of the contract a release will be given.
3) Salary payment will be made within 30 elapsed days of receiving a fully approved Time sheet from the client.
4)Contract /DND and other legal document should be signed before starting.

Offer period 7 Days from Date of Offer

Contract Start/End Date To be confirmed
Length of Employment Contract Indefinite. Note that the Employment Contract will be directly linked to the Service Order(s) provided by client,
and will end if/when the Service Order(s) ceases or will be subject to review/change should the terms of the
Service Order change.

Probation period 3 Months (extendable in accordance with Saudi Labour Laws)

Should the above terms be acceptable to you, please sign this Offer Letter and return it to MenaScope KSA not more than 7 days from the date
above.

On joining MenaScope KSA, you will be required to sign an Employment Contract which lays out all the conditions and terms of employment in
detail.
