Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Sakshi Salunke, student of Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai, studying in 3rd
year, am aiming at pursuing internship from your reputed company. The basic purpose behind which is
to dedicate my energy and power towards this is to become a part of Winter internship program 2019.
As I intend to begin my legal career, my top placement preference is to work in a law firm.
The idea behind working in legal department of your company is to understand how it functions and its
different aspects. Hard work and dedication could be the very base elements of this development and
therefore need to be among the qualitative aspect of any intern aiming to establish a mark in the firm,
which I personally aim for and therefore will dedicate myself completely and flawlessly towards the
work provided to me. My background and interests are well-suited to the work conducted by your office
generally. As an undergraduate, I learned about the trial process through the previous internships in
NGOs, Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission, Law and Judiciary Department of Government
of Maharashtra, Bombay High Court and enjoyed interviewing and preparing witnesses for hearing,
analysing the facts of cases, legal research and drafting opinions. Moreover, in my 4th and 5th semester
I interned at INOX Ltd where I dealt with researching several IPR cases and recently did running
internship at Atham Legal where with my senior advocates, I was told to form a report on IBC I strive
to learn more while pursuing excellence and personal growth. I also believe that my talents and
motivation would be an asset to work to make the city a safer place to live. My academic, personal and
communication skills are perfect match for the internship.

Further in my 1st semester of my college I have joined hands with the LEGAL SERVICES CLINIC for
upliftment of the society, which may also lead to self-development. I hope you would welcome the
