INTRODUCTION
The author of this project would like to provide a biographical sketch of Mrs. Sangita Shinde.
Through this project, the author would like to share her several achievements in the field of
law. Mrs. Shinde in her twelve years, for her law is interpreting and learning it everyday. The
very purpose for meeting her was to

OBJECTIVES AND AIMS


 To understand the importance and functioning of law in our country.
 To study the life of legal luminary and also to look into the perspective from his point
of view.

HYPOTHESIS
After the completion of research work, researcher will be able to look into the law from the
perspective of Mrs. Sangeeta Shinde and will be able to get the new outlook of the law.

METHODOLOGY
Research will be conducted from various primary sources of data. The researcher will opt to
take an interview of the eminent lawyer, articles and research papers written or referred by
the lawyer would be studied and analysed to reach a conclusion on the proposed hypothesis.

LIMITATION OF RESEARCH
The major limitation of this project does not deal about the personal life of the lawyer
because of time constraint. This research will not bee including any matter related to the
marital life of the public prosecutor.
CHAPTERIZATION:
Chapter I: Biographical Information:
Mrs. Sangeeta Shinde was born in Mumbai. She is a Public Prosecutor practising in Bombay
High Court. Also, she did her specialisation from National Law College, Mumbai in Hindu
and criminal law.

Chapter II: Legal Career:


Mrs. Sangeeta Shinde became the Add. public prosecutor in the year 2005 and since then she
has been practising law for 12 years. Before working in Bombay High Court, she worked as
an assistant of Justice Raya Bhosle in civil and criminal matters in the year 1994.

CHAPTER III: Area of interest:


Mrs. Sangeeta Shinde is one of the most proficient lawyer in Bombay High Court has solved
all of her cases efficiently.

CHAPTER IV: Tentative Conclusion:


After the completion of project, the researcher will understand the facts that has been
collected and draw a conclusion and will understand if the research proves or disproves the
hypothesis.
