Employee of a Recoleta shoe store is fired
These kinds of cases are ridiculously common. The shoe store was closing and they had reached an agreement with the employee. It was 2009 and the employee had paid $2500 for two and a half years of work. However, within days a document letter arrived demanding a $250,000 compensation and the company decided to go to trial. In December last year the judge ruled $1,500,000 in favor of the employee and extends responsibility to the directors of the public limited company, embarking them for that amount. One of the former SA directors works in dependency ratio and pays every month of his salary seized the amount of the sentence.
