Innovation workshops
We organize professional innovation workshops with selected
industry experts. These are important tools designed to help
us to develop opportunities for future business in close
communication with our customers.
4
Coatings laboratory and
technical support
Our skilled staff, all of them educated technical experts familiar
with specific coatings industry requirements, can advise our
customers in selecting the intermediates that meet their
individual needs best: in our new application laboratory at the
BASF ‘Verbund’ site in Ludwigshafen, we test intermediates
that are suitable for the production of binders and paint
formulations. This underlines our role as an expert development
partner for the coatings industry.
Industry trends
Our Internet-based coatings barometer gives you an up-to-date
impression of sentiment in the coatings industry. This barometer
reflects general expectations for short- and long-term develop-
ments in the coatings industry. It is open to all customers and
experts around the world (www.basf.de/coatings-barometer).
