STUDENT’S ESSAY

“Students across Quezon, Participated in the

Online Awareness Campaign”

In response to the imminent public health concern on the 2019 Novel Corona
Virus Acute Respiratory Disease, students across Quezon used the digital flat
form as a vast entry point to create an awareness online campaign through
posting relevant informative essay and creative videos content that depicts an
informative knowledge about the disease.

Among the participant schools in the online awareness campaign are Talipan
National High School, Pagbilao Quezon (THNHS), Leonarda D. Vera Cruz
National High School, Unisan Quezon, Polytechnic University of the
Philippines, (PUP) Unisan Branch and Unisan Integrated School (UIS). The
students dive in to the preparation and eager to share their info-knowledge to
encourage the whole community to stay at home and unite us one.

The online campaign which has three official Hashtags (1) Covid Awareness
Campaign, (2) Name of their School e.i. (# TNHS We Care), and (3) Project
Collab with Sacred Heart College aims to serve as measure that encompasses
action that promotes awareness for the altered condition under the pandemic
covid-19 therefore, the online campaign is an important component to lessen
and manage the impact the vulnerability of the community.

“IT ALL STARTED HERE”
” Collaboration of Young Minds towards A Greater Goal”

Persuading students to come up with a relevant and timely online

awareness campaign is indeed needs supervision. We all started with
conversation on how do they come up with their own version of
campaign thus, with their tenacity and queries we came up with free
verse essay, composed song lyrics and creative content videos that will
be posted in the digital world.

The messenger application group chat consists of nineteen (19) grade

ten (10) students in Leonarda D. Vera Cruz National High School. The
group chat was created last March 27, 2020 at 12:33 p.m. furthermore,
it was created by John Carlo Vivar a grade ten Dahlia student in
LDVNCHS.

The young minds of these students are incredible, their effective

teamwork and collaboration serves as components to have trust,
understanding and having a clear communication to achieve the
awareness campaign goal.

May this young generation be our next future in serving the

community and the whole nation for the betterment of the human race.
