Albert Lomonggo ICT 11 - 04

Hi, I am Albert Lomonggo I was tasked to do a peer Interview about the person personal
Barrier to become physically fit or active. The person that I Interviewed is my very own
older sister she is an aspiring doctor and wanted to help people, in the field of medicine,
my older sister has this reputation of being physically fit and will undergo changes if it is
need. My older sister Bryne Lomonggo believes that maintaining physically fit “will it be
easy? Nope. Worth It? Absolutely. In does word I truly feel the determination to achieve
her own thing, well she will be a doctor so that should be good. She also said having the
maintaining of one’s body is Important and power to stay going all day long without
worrying that you will somehow endanger our lives, a person could also achieve longer
life to acqu4ire the precious offer of being alive.
Now to give the information achieve within the Interview, I started the interview with a
question which the person should answer the question is “How can you look at
yourself?” my sister answered I know who I am, I am the one who make my own Body
me. I later then followed with a question “doing bad stuff to your body?” She said yes,
because she somehow not aware of her body because lack of time, social influence,
even sometimes lack of motivation. Her answer was somehow true as I see her
Everyday but she is able to accomplish and perform well in physical activity. Then I ask
what makes you go on and accomplish the activity. “I didn’t just force myself to do it but
think of it as a way of challenging myself to feel that I’m having fun getting involved with
the activity”, her answer was amazing and makes senses to leave some work and just
go be you for a sec.
The interview continued until the end, the interview did not end not know a motivational
word form my older sister, I made myself look formal while having a family interview so
that she could answer it with the same formalities I made, I tried think about the things
she said then it lead me to my own conclusion. “Overcoming barrier is a challenge of
change to anybody who undergo with it” I finally made up my mind to be like in a
challenge to have fun and become healthy. I Recommend think of the positive thinks
and wash away the negative taught you are having, so all of us could move smoothly
and gracefully.
