Research Instruments

This research are the tools and instruments that we used to

gather and obtained data.

1. Questionnaire

A questionnaire consisting of a series of questions for the

purpose of gathering information from respondents.

2. Interview

An Interview are particularly useful to verify and getting

the data to be used in the system.

Design Phase

Appendix C FIGURE 1.2 showed the overall relationship of

components as divided into modules and which will now cover

the different components related to each other.

User Services. This holds the Graphical User Interface which is

primarily made in vb.NET. It contains a sing Windows Application

Forms to be able to access the services of this system but first,

you need to log in whether you are an Admin, Front Desk or

Restaurant.

Modules and Services. This holds the logically designed formula

(Programming itself) to create full access between the

departments namely Administrator, Front Desk and Restaurant.

Machine Running in Windows 7,8, 8.1,10. This is the subject

machine running windows operating system with the components

such as XAMPP and SAP Crystal Report under the .NET

Framework.
