Dear Sir,

Temporary attachment of Diplomats of Medical Laboratory Technologists - 2020

We really appreciate and find as a good move that attaching Diplomats of Medical Laboratory
Technologists (DMLT) to the needy institutes, especially to combat with service difficulties the
medical laboratories face with shortage of MLTs and the current COVID-19 issues.

DMLTs report that; the appointment of these DMLTs is taking place in adhoc selection criteria
and it not fair. We as the body of CMLS-SL too, highly disagree with the current process.

We consider it is necessary to inform all the DMLTs, should provide equal opportunity and
selection as per the merit they got. Hence we are providing herewith a list of DMLTs with their
choice of institutes and merit position.

We are willing to provide all the support in this regard by co-ordinating all the institutes and
DMLTs.
