Plotting Arrowheads for Grain Lines

Directional arrowheads can be added to the grain line(s) or any internal line for plot
output. This is done by setting up an environment variable on the system configured to
the plotter.

To activate the arrowhead feature

Right click over My Computer on Your desktop and select Properties

When the System Properties Window open up Click on the ADVANCED tab, than
click on Environment Variables
Add the following information under the Environment Tab. On the system variable
line, add ACMK_ARROWHEAD. Value will be the internal label and arrow type
(xn).Environment variable: ACMK_ARROWHEAD =xn,xn,xn,…

x = any internal label that can be plotted; g for grain lines, I for internals, etc.
n = arrow type

For a two point internal, (starting at point 1 and ending at point 2), "n" is one of
the following arrow types:

SET ACMK_ARROWHEAD=G2,I4

This plots a single arrow on the right end of the grain line and an arrow at both ends of
the internal labeled I.

See screen shot on next page.
