The first step to become happy and more serene person is to manage thoughts and purify
thinking. One of the most effective ways to improve personal and professional effectiveness
and to rise to a new level of excellence is to find a mentor. All what is needed is to find out
the habits, disciplines and strategies that others have used to obtain their results and connect
the dots by duplicating their actions. Our minds are extremely potent devices. The
subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between an image that we envision and one that
is real. Cultivating great friendships is one of the surest ways to find more happiness and joy
in life. To build deeper friendships, one must be willing to move out of comfort zone, break
the ice with people not known very well and show sincere warmth. Time is a priceless
commodity. It slips through hands like grains of sand, and the time live life greatly is not
tomorrow but today. Make wiser choices about thoughts which will enter in mind, as well as
the attitude that will bring to the days and the way hours will be spent of the time. To live a
richer and more rewarding life, it is essential to run at own race and stop being to the
demands of social pressure at the expense of uniqueness. We should do things that are right
for us and not just because everyone else is doing that. At the end of the day, the only thing
we can take with us are our memories of all those great life experience that add meaning to
our lives and should have the wisdom to savour the simple things. Thus, we should stop
blaming and condemning and accept complete responsibility for the way things are and
resolve to work and changing ourselves before seeking to change others.
