In this table shows a 4-scale Likert scale with 20 statements underwent Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to measure the level of normality of the survey.
By referring to the last row in the table we can see the significance level of each statement in the survey. Given that the significance level should
be less than or equal to 0.05 in order for the data to have normal distribution, we can see that all the statements in the survey received significance
level lower than 0.05. That means that the data follows a normal distribution.

In this table above shows the result of the reliability test for a 4-scale survey with 20 statements. In the third column, you will see the total
correlation of each items of the survey. Statements 10 and 19 received negative coefficient while statements 4, 9, 11, and 14 received coefficient
nearest to zero. This means that these statements affect the overall reliability of the survey. Overall, the survey is still acceptable and reliable.
