30--03-2020

Dear Mrs.Vipla Agnihotri,

This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated 17-03-2020. I am surprised and really
disturbed to note the contents.

We are in possession of your DDA Flat No.BE-12,Janakpuri,New Delhi-110058 for the last
over 12 years and maintained the property at our own cost for all major & minor repairs
besides
paying you rent every month. After sudden demise of my son Neeraj Madaan, I had signed the
lease deed with clear understanding that we may continue to stay till we make our own
arrangements.
However as explained during our meetings & telephonic conversations we are sincere in our
commitment
and undertaking to vacate the premises as soon as the alternative accommodation is
finalized.

I reiterate that sincere efforts had been and are being made despite my old age with the help
of friends
and property dealers to identify and finalize the alternative and vacate and deliver the
property to you.
I have apprised you of our efforts and the outcome from time to time in person, over phone and
once again
assure you that we are sincere in our efforts and commitment. Unfortunately meanwhile
outbreak of
Coronavirus and lockdown suddenly declared by the Government all efforts have gone
waste and will have
to restart our search as soon as the situation improves and lock down is withdrawn by
the Government. Till
then please bear with us.

You have drawn my attention to a baseless clause 16 of the lease deed, complete copy of
which is yet
to be received from your end, for charging Rs.1500.00 per day over & above  the monthly rent
of Rs.24,000.00
with effect from 01-01-2020 which is much more than the standard rate of rent, and is
uncalled for.

In view of above circumstances, I once again assure you that we will restart our search for
suitable
accommodation as soon as the lock down is withdrawn by the Government,to vacate and
deliver possession of
your Flat as early as possible.

With Regards,
Yours sincerely,

sudesh kumar madaan
