Instructions to Fill the Form

Note:​ If you don’t have some of the documents then upload an empty file or upload the
documents that you have currently.
The instructions for each course are offered below:

M.Tech. :

1) Roll No format:​ 2K19/XX/XXX (everything in uppercase)

2) 10 and 12th %-​ Enter the details as per your marksheet. Percentage is compulsory. If you
are provided with CGPA, convert it to percentage as per your school/Board rules.

3) UG Branch-​ To be filled in accordance to your B.Tech marksheet.

4) UG %-​ Enter the details as per your marksheet. If you are provided with CGPA, convert it to
percentage as per your college rules which is given in the marksheet itself.

5) UG CGPA- ​Enter the details as per your marksheet. If you are provided with a percentage,
convert it to CGPA if instructions are provided in the marksheet itself.

6) Aggre. CGPA- ​ Formula to be used- Σ(total credits in semester * cgpa) /Total credits for all
semesters

7) Resume Link- ​i)​ ​Upload your resume to your google drive. Upload resume in ​PDF format​.
ii) Right click on the file, select “Get shareable link’’.
iii) Copy the link and paste in the form.
To change the resume file, right click on the file whose link has been provided, select
‘manage version’ and upload the new file.
Your resume shall be soon verified and the process will be informed.

8) Documents- ​Documents consist of 10,12, UG and mark sheets for all semesters. Combine
all the marksheets in one ​PDF​ and share the ​PDF​’s link in the same way as done for the
resume.
Msc:
1) Roll No format:​ 2K19/XX/XXX (everything in uppercase)

iii) Copy the link and paste in the form.

B.Tech:
