Thank you for your queries. First regarding the queries number 3 and 4. We want to say it clearly that
those two letters were not submitted by ABB India. We fear that our competitor bidders may have
forged those two letters. Therefore, we would request BPDB authority to take stern action against the
forger who fraudulently submitted those two letters.

Regarding your first query M/S Cyrus Infra-tech Private limited, Kolkata is our authorized channel
partner, they are authorized to quoted, authorized and take part on tender on behalf of ABB India.
Through them Shanxi Dazin Inter trade Co., Ltd has participated in this tender.

We are also re confirming that our manufactured model 266 DSH for DP Transmitter and 266HSH model
for Pressure Transmitter are 1:1 replacement model of Yokogawa makes DP Transmitter and Pressure
Transmitter Series EJA110E & EJA530E.

The Pressure and Diff. Pressure Transmitter manufactured by ABB for this tender is same as the Pressure
and Diff, Pressure Transmitter manufactured by Yokogawa.

All of our Pressure Transmitter and Diff. Pressure Transmitter for this tender will be manufactured at
ABB S.p.A factory in Italy. None of the Transmitter will be manufactured in ABB factory in India.
