Mirpur Road, Road No: 13 (new), Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1209, Bangladesh. We are local agent of (Shenyang
Tellhow Machine and Electric Company Ltd, Address:). Recently We have participated in a tender under
BPDB with the exclusive authorization of Shenyang Tellhow Machine and Electric Company Ltd. But
another Bangladeshi company Techno tact add has forged the authorization and also hacked the domain
email address of Shenyang Tellhow Machine and Electric Company Ltd, Address. The General Manager
of export and import division the company Mr.Ren Yunil passport: XXX, had visited Bangladesh and
complain to BPDB on date:xxx also has done a general diary (no: ) against Techno tact add on date:xxx.
Mr.Ren Yunil wanted have a meeting with you to inform you about this particular matter but as we do
not have any appointment with you so couldn’t meet you. Mr. Ren Yunil will leave for China tomorrow
27/9/2019. So instructed me meet you on behalf of him as we are local agent of his company.

I, therefore, is asking for appointment slot to meet you in person on 29/9/2019. I sincerely hope that
