Subject- Credit Report Dispute

Dear Sir/Madam,

With humble request, I, Mr. Mangal Chandi Das S/o Laxmi Narayan Das, Parmanent
Account No. BNJPD0738B, recently obtained a copy of my credit report from your agency and
found the following item to be in error:
Item 1: I see that I am shown as a guarantor for a commercial vehicle loan offered by a
company called JATIN FINLEASING PVT. LTD., CIBIL Member Name shown as JATINFIN
bearing Account No. SIL35. I am not aware of this loan at all. I have already lodged a dispute
complaint with CIBIL bearing Dispute ID CDS15092023001598 and have been informed that it
cannot be rectified unless the CIBIL agency requests a rectification from Jatin Finleasing Pvt.
Ltd. Due to the above mentioned factors my CBIL score has dropped considerably due to which
I am not able to take loan as required. On inquiry I have come to know that the above company
named Jatin Finleasing Pvt. Ltd. is not functioning at present. I can't get in touch with this
company.

I am requesting that the item be removed and updated the same to correct the
information and please investigate this matter and delete or correct the disputed item as soon
as possible. I herewith attached the supporting documents related to this matter.
