Subject: Delay of the rotor balancing because of the outbreak of coronavirus.

Sir
We received your motor on (date) but due to sudden breakout of the coronavirus the government has
imposed emergency. That why the currently manufacturing and other works in SBW is suspended. We
will start of manufacturing works as soon as the government-imposed is lifted. Due to the emergency
we will not be able to meet he dead line of returning rotor after the balancing work.
