Subject: Production delay of the motor due to the state of emergency because of coronavirus.

Sir

We are sure that you are very much aware of the outbreak coronavirus fatal for human life. Because of
this the government of Peoples’ Republic of China has imposed state emergency. Because of the
emergency the manufacturing in our factory is in halt for indefinite times. That is why we will not be
able to supply the motor in schedule time. We will resume our manufacturing process as soon as the
state of emergency is lifted.
