FILE

File is a manual tool used to flatten and smooth a plane or material, make
it flat and elbow between fields, make it flat and parallel, make the field shape etc.
There are several types of file, that is file plat, file square, file triangle, file half
round, file round, of the five types the fucntion is the same but in different fields.
The first file plat used to perpendicular field, the second file square used to flat
field so that the elbow, the third file triangle used to fields that are angles of 60
degrees, or larger (often used to describe saw blades), the fourth used to concave
field, and the fifth increase the diameter of a round hole. And there are 3 types of
tooth rounghness that is rude, medium, smooth.
 File consists of several parts, namely a hendle made of wood, then the
body or the grater is made of stell or iron whose surface is tooth ,because it is
made of steel and iron the file is easy to rust. The following is a classification of
many teeth 1 cm length by type ,the first rude lots of teeth 12, 15, 20 used to
rough and imprecise work ,the second rude lots of teeth 25,31,38 used to medium
work, the third rude lots of teeth 46,56,84 used for finishing and precision. The
following is a measure of file :
 File plat : (200,250,300 MM)
 File squere : (250,300 MM)
 File triangle : (75 MM)
 File round : (150 MM)
 File half round: (140 MM)
In generally a file coloured a gray or silver, and brown on the handle of
file The way to use the right files is the right hand holds the hendle and the left
hand is holding the sting tip by pressing it then rubbing it in a way back and furth
until the surface of the desired angle.
