 Renter’s insurance is strongly recommended should you sustain a loss to your personal property.

 No pets (except fish in a tank no larger than 10 gallons)
 Fire Safety (prohibited items: halogen lamps, candles, incense, open element cooking appliances)
 Fire Safety Module – all residents will need to complete prior to moving in
 Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD)
 Weapons - decorative, play (BB, paintball) or otherwise
 *Note that the university has a zero tolerance policy for illegal drugs and weapons. If found
responsible following a due process hearing, removal from University Housing is imminent.
