BEFOREHAND
What is the meeting about?
What is your role? What is the
objective of the meeting?
Who’s the audience? Find out
about the meeting as much as
you can beforehand so that you
know what to expect and can
contribute accordingly.
BE
A GOOD
LISTENER
Listen to what other
people say. The more you
listen, the more you gain
insights. It will also keep
you from repeating other
people’s ideas.

PREPARE TO OFFER
CONSTRUCTIVE
INSIGHT
In order to offer constructive
insight, you must focus on
bringing solutions rather than
more problems. Consider various
angles and discuss your ideas
with your leader or teammates.

YOUR IDEAS
Be mindful about how you
present your ideas. Pay
attention to your body
language, tone and volume of
voice, and choice of words.
Learn to engage your audience,
focus on your ideas, and stop
from being too full on yourself.
