IMPORTANT SAFE GUARDS, INSTRUCTIONS
and IMPORTED PRECAUTIONS
in accordance with UL 136 & EN 12778(CE)
When using pressure cooker the following basic precautions should always be
followed:
1. Read all the instructions.
2. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use the handles and knobs. If necessary, use
protection
3. Do not let children near the pressure cooker when in use. Close supervision is
necessary when the pressure cooker is used near children.
4. Donotplace the pressure cooker in a heated oven.
Extreme caution must be used when moving the pressure cooker containing hot
liquid. Move the pressure cooker with great care.
Do not use pressure cooker for purpose other than its intended use.
7. This appliance cooks under pressure. Improper use may result in scalding injury.
Make sure and certain that the pressure cooker is properly closed before placing
onthe heat source.
8. Donot fill the pressure cooker more than 2/3 of its capacity. When cooking foods
that expand during cooking, such as rice dried vegetables, do not fill the pressure
cooker over 1/2 of its capacity. Overfilling may cause risks of clogging the vent
pipe and developing excess pressure. (see “Sec 7 How to use the
Cooker / Cooking Instructions”)
9. Be aware that certain foods, such as applesauce, cranberries, pearl barley,
oatmeal, froth, sputter and clog the pressure release device (steam vent). These
foods should not be cooked in the pressure cooker.

Pressure, do not prick the meat while the skin is swollen. You may be scalded.
11. Always check the pressure
