SUBMIT AS FOLLOWS: -

The complainant has filed a Charge sheet against the above accused for the alleged
offences punishable under section 143,341,354,323,504,506,149 of IPC. The accused has not
committed any offences as alleged by the complainant. That in the above case, the summon
was not served to the accused to appear before the Hon'ble Court. The accused was also
suffering from illhealth since few days. For his non-appearance, the Hon'ble Court issued a
non-bailable warrant against the accused. On the support of the non-bailable warrant, the
complainant has been arrested and produced before the Hon'ble Court today.

The alleged offences made against the accused is concocted and ill motivated. There is
no material document to show that the accused has committed such offences.

The accused is an innocent person, law-abiding citizen and peace loving person in
society. The whole family of the accused is depending on the accused for their livelihood. If
he is not enlarged on bail, the family of the accused would be put to untold hardship and
inconvenience. The accused has solvent surety to produce before the Hon'ble Court.

Therefore, it is most respectfully pray that the Hon’ble court to allow this application
and enlarge the above said accused on bail by allowing the application in the interest of
justice.
