Future career interests (if known):
I would like to be a pediatric surgeon
Targeted soft skills you chose for this year:

1. Pass with a 4.0

2. Get out of my comfort zone

Description of Artifact (*The personal artifact may be anything that demonstrates growth, skills, interests, discoveries, and/or
abilities from your experience this last year -- can be school-related or not.)
The personal artifact I chose was the principles honor role that I got at school for having
outstanding grades at the end of the semester.

Why did you choose this as one of your artifacts?

I chose this because of its representation of the hard work I have been doing since the
beginning of my sophomore year up till now the second semester.

How did your experience with this artifact change or impact you?
It hasn’t really changed or impacted me in any way but every time I get one it makes me
feel proud about myself because it lets me know that my hard work has paid off and I have
been rewarded by even though it’s just a simple piece of paper it has a lot of meaning.

Did you see growth in your targeted soft skills through the course of working on this artifact?
Explain.
I did see my growth in targeted skills through the course of working on this artifact, I
struggled a lot with my math, and basically everything back then so me getting the award
really just made me proud and it made me see that if I was capable of doing this I could do
much more, which is what I have been doing this year and last year pushing myself to my
limits.

Provide an example of how the skills you practiced or the knowledge you gained via this artifact
may also be used in a career in which you are interested.
Well when I go to collages if they see these rewards or even my grades they are going to see
my hard work and its going to get me to my diloma which a lot of jobs ask for and colleges
so, therefore, I am going to keep pushing forward.
