Q.​ I don't have the final year / semester mark-sheet. What should I upload?
A.​ Please upload a copy of last year / semester mark-sheet. You have to submit/upload the final
year / semester mark-sheet at the time of written-test / interview, if applicable, or latest before
the admission fees are paid, if an offer is made.

Q.​ I don't have a valid (for the year 2020-21) certificate [ESW, OBC-NCL, etc.]. What should I
upload?
A.​Please upload a copy of the previous year's [2019-20] or the last available / valid certificate.
You have to submit/upload the valid certificate in the proper format for the year 2020-21 at the
time of written-test / interview, if applicable, or latest before the admission fees are paid, if an
offer is made - failing which, your admission offer will stand cancelled/withdrawn.

Q.​ I do not have a sponsorship certificate from the Organization/NOC from College. What
should I do?
A. ​ Please upload a self-declaration letter stating that you will submit the same at the time of
written test / Interview or latest before the admission fees are paid, if an offer is made.

Q.​ What happens in case I am not able to submit all required documents before the payment of
admission fees?
A.​ An admission offer may be cancelled automatically if all required documents are not
submitted before the admission fees are paid.

Q​. What should I do if I have a problem during filling the on-line application?
A.​ Please click on "Report Problem ...... Otherwise" tab on the on-line portal and submit your
problem / query. We will revert back to you.

Q.​ Is there a chance of reschedule of the PG/PhD admission interview dates?

A.​ The schedule for PG/PhD admission interviews stands deferred till further notice. Please do
not plan any travel to IIT Bombay for PG/PhD interview unless the interview dates are
reconfirmed or new interview dates are announced. Please keep on checking the IIT Bombay
web page regularly for updates.
