The students have worked on sketches, based on shapes and form with usage of grids. They
have also done observational sketching, shading and colour usage according to their choice of
artwork.
Exams are based on submissions. Students will be graded internally on their journal and
artworks, based on the Art and Design assessment criteria given below:
AO1: Gathering, recording, research and investigation
1. Investigate and research a variety of appropriate sources.
2. Record and analyze information from direct observation and/or other sources and personal
experience.
AO2: Exploration and development of ideas
1. Explore a range of visual and/or other ideas by manipulating images
2. Show the development of ideas through appropriate processes.
