THE MEETING

Dear Mr. Luke and Mrs. Young, it’s an honor for us to welcome both of you to this meeting. We would
like to express our gratitude to you for spending your time with us today. Right now, I’d like to introduce Havi and
Victoria, those who have been working incredibly hard to get everything ready for this presentation.

Ladies and gentlemen, on behalf of the Smith Company, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all of
you to our annual meeting. To begin with, let me introduce our first speaker today -George David.

Thank you, Dallas. As you know, I’m Havi - Head of the Purchasing Department of the company. Our aim
today is to let you know what will be included in the partnership relation between our company and the Health
and Hearty Food company.

There are five parts in our presentation. Firstly, I will give you some basic information about the company.
Next, Victoria will tell you about the Marketing methods (strategies). Then, (in the third part), I will give you the
expected figures. After that, Caroline will let you know what will be included in the partnership relation with the
Health and Hearty Food company. Finally, there will be Questions and Answers section. However, please do not
hesitate if you do have any questions right after each talk!
