our NGO MAA SHAKTI is organising a programme on the rights of the consumer in Collaboration with
smart India foundation. In today's digital age with vast & eassy outreadge consumer education has been
facilitated. At the same time consumer exploitation is very rampant in many ways through the more
dominating & knowledgeable sources not only of commercial aspects but also health & security.
Awareness about quality , price , standardization of products. Information about redressal mechanism
such as consumer forums etc needs to be created.

Consumer exploitation can be prevented by educating people & making them aware of their rights. To
unable this our organisation is conducting a programme on 15 September 2019 at law institute supreme
Court of India.
