    Giving Directions: Important Expressions

    - Go straight on *……. (*the name of street), until you find or see…….


    - Intersection/interjunction= Perempatan
    - T-junction= Pertigaan
    - Traffic light= Lampu Lalin
    - Make/take U-turn= Putar balik
    - Bridge= Jembatan
    - Turn left/right= Belok Kiri/kanan
    - Ascent road= Tanjakan
    - Descent road= Turunan
    - Bumpy road= Makadam
    - Roundabout= Bundaran (seperti yang terdapat di tugu Malang)
    - Turns= tikungan/berkelok
    - Block= gang
    - Double-way/one way
    - Highway= Jalan Raya
    - Across (from)= diseberang
    - (traffic) Ticket= surat tilang
    - Pass by= melewati/melalui
    - In front of=di depan
    - Opposite= berlawanan
    - The destination is on your left/right= tujuan anda ada di sebelah kanan/kiri
