Answer to the teacher question.

I think the process for enforcing an arbitration award is good. And it have to set in a
good system process like that to have a smooth running but  still can prevent the
negative point that can accrue. Yes the court have to involve in case it is needed. And
mostly the most needed part that needed the court to involved is enforcement.  Because
we cannot use private arbitration award to order authority entity to take action. But let
the court decide and order to the authority to take action.
