INQUIRY LETTER

The body of an nquiry letter should be divided into 6 parts:

1. Indicate how you know about the supplier:

-With regard  to/ With reference to/Regarding your advertisement in the Daily
Mirror dated Jan 13th, we are very interested in …
- We have heard of your company from one of our corporate/business partners.
- We got a chance to know about your company via an article featured on the
official website of The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry / from a recent exposition
hosted at America Square Conference Centre on Jan 13 th

2. Point out what sort of company you are:

Example:

Our company- XYZ (abbreviated as ….) is a multinational drink and brewing holdings company
founded in 2008 with the headquarter in …. We are the world's second largest brewer with 500
beer brands in over 100 countries.

3. Pinpoint the state of market which your company are specializing in:

Example:
An increase in per capita consumption of beer and the growing young population are driving beer market growth in
Vietnam,which is one of the fastest growing beer markets among nations in the Asia-Pacific. Our company is
expected to occupy a 28 percent market share of global volume beer sales within this year.
