All MIG weld construction of ISMC 75 MS channel on border & middle
of container shell section of 50 X 25 X 1.6mm for other supporting
members, reinforced adequately on the load members, mounted on
chassis with nuts & bolts. Container strcture made from 75 X 40 X
2mm MS Rectangular pipe.
Made from 40 X 40 X 2mm MS Square pipe with fitted of 1.6mm MS
Sheets.
Upto 40 to 45 Degree.
Overall dimension as per drawing
Liftwell / Hypratek make hydraulic cylinder with hard chrome & PU
seals.
Made from 6mm mild steel material with EN8 bushing systems.
Using Hypratek make systems sufficient capacity.
Inside : Epoxy black, Outside : 2 coats of zinc base primer with 2 coats
of auto paints.
1) All welding work will be MIG welding.
2) MS Channel, MS Sheets, Angle, MS flat etc are as per indian
standard.
3) Fitting of battery cover.
