Assalam O Alaikum

The best free online teaching software is Open Broadcasting Studio (OBS). I find this after wasting five
days and testing many free online softwares.

 You can download OBS from https://obsproject.com/

 If you have two graphic cards like GPU NVIDIA and Intel then you may see blank screen when
you launch OBS. To overcome that see video

 I manage to reduce the size to 50MB for 30 minutes of video lecture with good quality

I set the following setting on OBS and advice you to do so (for recorded video)

1) minimize the Desktop Audio as shown in the image by dragging

2) Go to Setting and then to Output and set the settings like the image below. Set your own path where
you want to save the video lecture
3) Go to Setting and then to Video and set the setting as in the following image
4) Go to Setting and then to Hotkeys, you can set the hotkeys as you wish like I did in the following
image
5) Go to Setting and then to Audio, set the audio to mono so that both ears listen voice equally. This will
reduce the video file too. As I did in the following image
