Assignment on Performance Based Assessment

1. Aside from the traditional pencil-and-paper assessment (tests), you can design your own
performance based assessment tailored for your students on a certain lesson. Identify
two (2) performance based assessment on a certain lesson (two different lessons).
Describe each of the assessment in one paragraph (two to three sentences will do) and
how you are going to do with it (5 points each).
2. From the performance based assessments you have constructed in number 1, create a
rubric (an assessment tool) on each performance based assessment. One (1) should be a
holistic rubric (10 points), and the other one (1) should be an analytic-trait rubric (15
points).

Deadline: November 23, 2018 (Friday) on or before 5 pm.
