OFFICE ORDER NO. 13/ 2020

Consequent upon amalgamation of Punjab National Bank,

Oriental Bank of Commerce and United Bank of India with effect
from 01.04.2020, following Executives working as Chief
Compliance Officer (CCO) in erstwhile Oriental Bank of
Commerce and United Bank of India will report to Shri Antanu
Das, Group Chief Compliance Officer (CGM) and will ensure
duties of compliance functioning in Bank as per Office Order
No.25/2019 dated 05.10.2019.

1. Shri Pramod Dubey, General Manager – working as Chief

Compliance Officer in erstwhile Oriental Bank of
Commerce;

2. Shri Alok Sinha, General Manager – working as Chief

Compliance Officer in erstwhile United Bank of India.
