STATEMENT ON PRICE MOVEMENT

I, ELMER B. SERRANO, Filipino, of legal age, and with office address at the 33rd
Floor, The Orient Square, F. Ortigas, Jr., Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, under oath,
depose and state that:

1. I am a Director of 2GO GROUP INC. (2GO), a corporation duly organized and

existing under the laws of the Philippines, with principal office at the 8th Floor
Tower 1 Double Dragon Plaza, Macapagal Blvd. corner EDSA Extension, Pasay
City 1302, Philippines;

2. In connection with the letter of the Capital Markets Integrity Corporation (CMIC)
with Ref. No. OSD-20-0118 dated April 23, 2020, 2GO is not aware of any
undisclosed information that could have triggered the unusual price movement of
2GO shares traded in The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. at 12:07:35 P.M. today,
April 23, 2020.

3. I am executing this Statement for the purpose of confirming that there were no
undisclosed information that could have triggered said price movement.
