Lemon Cheese Cake

Ingredients:(A)
250 g Cream cheese/奶油乳酪
70 g Sugar/ 糖
150 g Fresh milk
50 g Whipping cream/鲜奶油
13 g Gelatin

Ingredients (B)
200 g Biscuit/奶酪饼干
110 g Butter/牛油

Ingredients (C)
30 g Lemon Juice/柠檬汁

Step 1
Place Ingredient (B) into TM bowl to mix well. (10sec/Sp7)

Step 2
Then bring out the crushed biscuit, press flat in small cake mould,
(removable cake mould) Chilled in fridge.

Step 3
Place Cream cheese & icing sugar into TM Bowl, until soft and smooth.
(MC/3mins/sp4)

Step 4
Add in fresh milk, whipping cream & gelatin to mix well.
(MC/5mins/60C/Sp3)

Step 5
Add in Lemon juice. (MC/10sec/sp2)

Step 6
Pour cheese mixture evenly into mould, refregerate for 4 hrs or until set
